Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) dictates Cullman Power Board’s rates. Some rates change every quarter. Others change monthly. You can download the current rate schedule using the links below.

Service Charges and Fees
Set Up Fee: $25.00
Reconnect Fee (During Hours): $50.00
Reconnect Fee (After Hours): $100.00
Collection Fee (Yellow Notice on Door): $25.00
Meter Tampering Charge (Broken Seal, Stealing Power): $500.00 Return Check Charge: $30.00
Second Notice Fee: $1.00
